Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days depending on customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout.

Delayed Deliveries If your package has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us. Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high volume periods, or logistical factors. Most packages arrive within this extended window. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days past the expected delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or upon receipt for damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
